No Bake Honey Morsels
Not everything we eat has to be cooked. Just mix
the ingredients,
shape these cookies, and let chill. Pack in your saddlebags and have
with
your lunch.
Ingredients:
- 1/4 cup honey
- 1/4 cup raisins
- 1/2 cup instant non-fat milk
- 1/4 cup peanut butter
- 1/2 cup crushed cereal flakes
Directions:
Mix honey, peanut butter in a large bowl.
Gradually add the dry milk and mix well.
Add raisins and mix again.
Grease you hands with a little butter and form mixture into
1 inch balls.
Roll in crushed cereal flakes.
Chill until firm.
Makes about 20 morsels.
