Scheduling a Visit
Reservations are required for all group visits. You may arrange your visit by calling the Admissions Coordinator at (405) 478-2250, ext. 264, at least two weeks in advance of the desired date. All visits are scheduled on a first come, first serve basis.
Educational programs for elementary students are offered Monday through Friday, from 9:00 A.M. until 12:00 P.M., September through May. Guided tours for all ages are available year-round, Monday through Saturday, from 9:00 A.M. until 5:00 P.M. Self-guided tours are available 7 days a week with a confirmed reservation.
Group Size and Chaperone Requirements
A minimum of ten students is required for all group visits. Please see below for the chaperone/student requirements. Chaperones are admitted free of charge, however additional adults beyond the appropriate chaperone/student ratio will be charged the adult group rate, $7.75 for tax exempt or $8.50 for taxable organizations.
Elementary
Please divide students by class and assign chaperones accordingly: One adult per five children.(1:5 ratio)
Secondary
One adult chaperone for each ten students is required. (1:10 ratio)
Lunch Facilities
The Lunch Pavilion is available for those groups bringing a sack lunch. A reservation for this space is required when scheduling your visit. Lunch periods are 30 minutes long.

Payment must be made in one lump sum for everyone in your tour group at the Admissions Desk. We accept cash, check, charge or purchase order. Coupons cannot be used with group rates.
Canceling your Visit
If you must cancel a tour, please leave a voice-mail message with the Admissions Coordinator at (405) 478-2250, ext. 264 within 48 hours of your scheduled visit. A cancellation fee of $30 will be billed to the business office of those groups failing to make a cancellation. (This does not apply to weather related cancellations.)
